The house
A house at the end of a quiet road
Walker Bay Villa sits at the top of a cul-de-sac in De Kelders, where the fynbos of the nature reserve meets the cliff edge.
The view runs the length of the bay, and on a clear winter day you can watch southern right whales from the deck without leaving your coffee.
The path below the house is the reason people come back. It slips out of the reserve and down to a small beach that stays empty most of the year: a short scramble, then sand and rock pools and, in season, whales close to shore.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Changing your plans
Plans change, we understand. Here’s how cancellations work if you need to change or call off your stay. Cancel more than 28 days before arrival and you won’t lose any of your deposit.

21–28 days before arrival: 25% of the deposit is forfeited.

14–21 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit is forfeited.

Under 14 days before arrival: the full deposit is forfeited.

Cancellations between 15 December and 10 January forfeit the full deposit.

No-shows are charged in full.
