The house
The forest, the cove, and Julia
The house stands where a fynbos green belt meets an ancient milkwood forest, with the sea a short walk down a private path.
The cove at the bottom is sheltered enough to swim on most days, and the garden between the two apartments has a splash pool for the hours in between. Book a single apartment, or take the whole house for ten.
Julia, the housekeeper, has been here since the beginning. When the villas are booked she is on site from 09:00 to 15:00: the kind of quiet, practical presence that makes a self-catering house feel looked after.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Changing your plans
Plans change, we understand. Here’s how cancellations work if you need to change or call off your stay. Cancel more than 28 days before arrival and you won’t lose any of your deposit

21–28 days before arrival: 25% of the deposit is forfeited.

14–21 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit is forfeited.

Under 14 days before arrival: the full deposit is forfeited.

Cancellations between 15 December and 10 January forfeit the full deposit.

No-shows are charged in full.
